The Role
This is a full-time contract role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located at our client's office in Manhattan, NY
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications
Estimated Min Rate: $24.50
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00

Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Support OS X and Windows-based systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Utilize configuration management tools including Jamf and Microsoft Intune
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
