Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide world-class support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a detective for customer issues, working creatively to resolve challenges related to orders, products, and shipping.
  • Order Management: Process and update customer orders, assisting with modifications to product selections and shipping details.
  • Shipping Assistance: Keep customers informed with timely updates on shipping status, delivery times, and tracking information.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product guru! Offer detailed information and recommendations, helping customers choose the best products to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Shipping, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through positive and professional interactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to help us continuously improve.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Multitasking pro who can juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and mastering product knowledge.
