Description Job Description: As a Personal Assistant at Maintenance Technician, you will be the right hand to our executive team, helping to manage daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Assist in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Support special projects and tasks as directed by the executive team. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of discretion and confidentiality. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
