Reporting to the CIO, this role is a senior leadership and business partner position responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and management of Information Technology across the Corporate functions of The Company, encompassing Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. The incumbent will play a crucial role in defining and aligning IT initiatives with the unique needs and challenges of these core corporate functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in the pharmaceutical industry. Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with Corporate Technology objectives and the overall business strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT initiatives support and enhance Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance processes. Obsessed with the successful adoption of technology and digitization of business processes to drive unparalleled automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams, to understand IT needs and deliver integrated solutions. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions align with Corporate Technology goals.
- IT Corporate Technology Integration
- System Design and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IT systems supporting Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions. Experience with Workday, ERP platforms such as NetSuite / Oracle / SAP,Concur, ADP, or similar required. Identify and drive opportunities to leverage technology to supercharge and optimize Corporate business functions Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Implement data, analytics, and AI and reporting solutions to provide automation and insights into financial performance, HR metrics, compliance trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing IT team supporting Corporate Technology, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and growth. Qualifications and Skills: Deep understanding and leadership of IT systems relevant to biotech corporate business functions, especially in-depth knowledge of Finance and HR processes and technologies Delivery leadership and support of ERP platforms in a pharmaceutical environment Strategic thinking and leadership abilities Ability to be bold and innovative with a first-adopter mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering results Financial compliance knowledge related to IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry Compensation: Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
