HVAC Service Tech Job / HVAC PM manager Description
Must be a TEAM Player
Must be punctual and reliable
Must look professional up to KNC standards daily
Must be respectful of fellow employees and customers
Must complete an OSHA 10 training course and practice KNC safety standards
Must be able to communicate effectively with fellow employees and supervisors/ office
Must be able to receive and navigate work delegated via SSO program on iphone or tablet
Must be able to communicate with customers directly IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER
Must be able to follow up directly with customer on arrival time / problem found / status when leaving
Must respond to emergency service calls when on call and inform office of status asap
Must be willing to perform other duties as required outside of your skill set
Must be willing to attend training classes
Must be willing to accept and initiate outside assistance (tech support) when needed
Must be able to test, diagnose and repair various commercial HVAC equipment/ systems
Must be available to take on call duty periodically
Must be able to perform routine HVAC preventive maintenance on equipment
EPA Certification mandatory
Must take care of your assigned vehicle as if you owned it.
Must drive conservatively not aggressively.
Must be capable of scheduling and performing PM work as needed thorough the SSO software program
Must be capable of working on computer and loading data for PM work including sites, equipment etc.
Must be capable of identifying system deficiencies found during PM Inspections and relaying info to office for pricing.
