Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Nephrology Practice Renal Care Solutions division- Innovative Nephrology Solutions. This role will be critical in driving the implementation and optimization of innovative technologies that support the delivery of patient-centered, value-based care for CKD patients. The successful candidate will work closely with nephrology practices, dialysis providers, and our internal teams to ensure our AI-driven tools and services are effectively enhancing both clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with IRC teams to support development and enhancement of services and tools needed to deliver on INS’ objectives.
  • Lead the integration and ongoing enhancements of AI technologies to improve patient outcomes, streamline nephrology practice management, and enhance CKD care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the nephrology and CKD market.
  • AI-Driven Patient Outcome Prediction:
  • Collaborate with data science and IT teams to develop, implement, and optimize AI models that predict patient outcomes and support clinical decision-making.
  • Ensure that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into clinical workflows, enhancing the ability of nephrology practices to provide personalized, value-based care.
  • Monitor the performance of AI tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Nephrology Practice Management:
  • Lead efforts to provide nephrology practices with advanced management services to strengthen the practice operating and financial performance..
  • Develop and implement best practices for practice management, including workflow optimization, patient scheduling, billing, and compliance.
  • Foster relationships with nephrology practices, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and patient care quality.
  • Value-Based Care Solutions:
  • Spearhead initiatives to transition the company and its partners to value-based care models, focusing on improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.
  • Work closely with IRC executives, payers, providers, and other stakeholders to design and implement value-based care programs that align with the latest industry standards and regulations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value-based care, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing healthcare landscapes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nephrology practice providers, payers, regulatory bodies, and technology partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence in renal care nephrology and ESRD care.
  • Communicate the company’s vision, strategies, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and other industry standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance programs that monitor and enhance the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of services provided.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, proactively identifying and addressing potential operational, financial, and clinical risks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education and Experience: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Ten plus (10+) years in healthcare leadership. Experience in nephrology, renal care, or chronic disease management preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically within nephrology and renal care, including value-based care models and predictive analytics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders in clinical, operational, and technical domains.
  • Innovation & Technology: Experience with AI technologies, data analytics, and their application in improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Patient-Centric Focus: Passion for improving quality of life for patients, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
