Robert Half Technology is working with a well-established distribution company in the New Orleans area on a search for a Warehouse Operations Manager. Experience and knowledge with managing large distribution warehouses is key.
This is a full-time permanent role directly with the company and includes benefits.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of large distribution warehouses
Manage warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer applications
Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate actions as needed
Implement warehouse management skills to enhance operational flow
Utilize knowledge of Warehouse Distribution to improve practices
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse
Collaborate with various teams to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management
Proficiency in warehouse distribution activities
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for operational activity
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in budget development and oversight
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
