We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst in the Restaurants & Catering industry. This role is based in Miami, Florida and will involve key responsibilities in the areas of sourcing, supply chain strategy, procurement, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories including Food, Beverages, and Paper/Packaging, as well as Indirect Categories like Chemicals and Smallwares

Align procurement strategies and execution plans in collaboration with Business Leaders and Master Franchisees

Oversee relationship management with our consolidators in the United States, including logistics SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify and implement opportunities to optimize food costs and enhance franchisee profitability

Manage consolidator spend database, ensuring its effective use for RFI, RFP, and negotiations

Foster procurement awareness and capability within regional and franchise teams

Support new country market entries to ensure product supply and availability

Assist in the approval and onboarding process of new suppliers into the system

Utilize advanced level Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation

Utilize bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese for stakeholder management and communication

Requirements

Must possess experience in creating and managing RFP documents

Proficient in drafting proposals for RFPs

Must have extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain logistics

Understanding of procurement processes and strategies

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation

Strong skills in stakeholder management to facilitate communication across different teams

Experience in KPI reporting and tracking

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software

Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines

Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
