We are seeking a Client Technologies Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Augusta, Maine and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Client Technologies Specialist, you'll be working in a dynamic environment, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and contributing to various projects.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical liaison, providing desktop computer support and application updates.
Utilize your skills in Windows Operating Systems and related products to troubleshoot and remediate Operating System update failures.
Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from end users' computers to maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
Ensure thorough documentation of all work for future reference, following quality standards.
Communicate accurate and useful status updates regularly.
Employ your understanding of software patches and upgrades in the day-to-day operations.
Leverage remote technology and commands to provide effective support.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Requirements

Proficiency in providing Technical Support
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Familiarity with 'About Time' software
Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Experience as a Liaison between teams or departments
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Experience in conducting system Upgrades
Knowledge of Operating Systems, specifically Windows OS
Familiarity with REST API
Understanding of Desktop Hardware
Willingness to provide Onsite support
Knowledge of ProFile software
Ability to maintain Quality Standards in work
Experience in Remediation processes
Skills in Vulnerability Analysis
Ability to provide timely Status Updates
Experience in implementing Patches
Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Ability to provide Remote Support
Local Candidates are preferred
Willingness to participate in Team Meetings.
