Responsibilities

Peraton requires a SME Multi Domain Intelligence Mission Planner for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber-Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C65ISR) services for the Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Activity (LEIA) Task Order at Camp H.M Smith, Hawaii in support of Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC). SOCPAC requires contractor services to provide a broad spectrum of C6ISR capabilities to facilitate SOCPAC missions.

SOCPAC requires flexible services including, but may not be limited to, Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) capabilities using air, surface, subsurface, space, and cyber platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. SOCPAC requires that these services continuously leverage the latest C6ISR technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure that platforms and intelligence operations provide optimal capabilities to mitigate uncertainty and inform decision-making. SOCPAC requires these services to be performed primarily within the USINDOPACOM AOR, but ancillary and supporting activities may be performed globally.

Role: Serve as SME Multi Domain Intelligence Mission Planner to accelerate multi domain, human and machine-teamed battlespace knowledge; more precise situational intelligence; and shortened information cycle. Additionally, SME Multi Domain Intelligence Mission Planner will have a dual-role as Intelligence Operations Deputy. The Deputy is expected to assist the Intelligence Operations Task Lead in execution of task requirements, and carry out management responsibilities for Peraton employees supporting the Intelligence Operations task. Task requirements include providing timely, accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable intelligence data and products to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Leadership and workforce management experience
Experience in the Indo-Pacific area of operations
Experience in engaging with senior government leadership and staff in a high tempo environment
Knowledge of threat warfighting capabilities, in a multi-domain environment
Experience with planning and executing joint and multinational intelligence activities across the range of military operations.
Experience in planning and knowledge of decision-making processes, to include Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
Ability to conduct research and analysis to develop and brief data summaries that support decision-making
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Additional Requirements:

TS SCI clearance
12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience A higher degree may be considered for lesser experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting Special Operations Forces, and working with foreign allies and partners
Bachelor's degree
Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Service equivalent

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
