Responsible for developing and enhancing standardized reporting out of multiple systems. Performs system wide needs assessment to identify gaps and as a result recommends value added user friendly data delivery methods to executive management. Acts as a liaison with IT related to system development, enhancements, upgrades, etc. Responsible for evaluating system education needs and coordinating/performing training on systems including interpreting data with actionable results. Acts as a centralized resource for system support from an end user perspective. Responsible for leading future implementations from an end user perspective.

This role will primarily support our region-wide strategy function providing analytical support on capital projects and strategic plans related to market expressions. Performs region-wide market data analyses. Responsible for evaluating and utilizing third-party market data sources, and supporting data models designed to elucidate market trends, threats, and opportunities. Acts as a central resource for system support from an end user perspective, including, but not limited to, creation of geospatial presentation products, creation and maintenance of PowerBI Models, and internal education on end user tools. Prior experience with PowerBI (or similar visualization tools) as well as geospatial tools in the ArcGIS suite (or similar mapping tools) would be beneficial.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferred
  • Graduate Degree preferred
  • 5 years of system and analytic experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare models and key operational indicators.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of healthcare principles and terminology, knowledge of trends, variances and forecast modeling.
  • Has ability to research industry via the web and other tools.
  • Ability to be entrepreneurial; always searching for creative and innovative solutions.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Pay Range

$36.66 - $58.40 / hour
