Job Description: GDH is hiring a Project Coordinator to work with our client, a large telecommunications provider. The Cloud Infrastructure and Platform team is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator role to support Program Managers in a complex program. Come be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Platform team where we make all the extraordinary things happen. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects.

Responsibilities:
Identify and remove blockers in project
Identify potential risks proactively
Build an environment of trust where team members feel comfortable giving feedback
Facilitate project ceremonies including daily stand-ups, scheduling, backlog grooming, solution reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather information or updates
Create communication including meeting notes and status updates to keep greater organization informed of changes
Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, inclusive work items, projects report updates
Track and report on project logistics

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst
Extremely detail oriented
Experience with Data Analysis
Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to drive documentation and maintain detailed records
Experience with stakeholder management
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban
Customer service-oriented with effective time management skills and proactive communication
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro)
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

Nice to Have:
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or PMP
Infrastructure project experience
