We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 30 USD per hour(Meridian, ID 83642)
