Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Project Assistant located in Wilmington, DE. The Operations Project Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, project management, and customer service duties to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

- Operations Management and Operations Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in real estate development or property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- MS Project and MS Excel required
- Bidding and Purchasing experience will be very additive
