They assist in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. They assist in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. They report to a supervisor or manager. They work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Their work is closely managed.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
  • Evaluate current and previous financial data.
  • Study business and economic trends.
  • Determine a company’s value by examining its financial statements.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
  • Proficiency in financial concepts and math.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience with analytics tools and SQL for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of governmental accounting principles.
