About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, from generating and converting a product pipeline to building strong relationships with key decision makers. This role demands a leader who can inspire and coach a team of Account Executive Directors, drive sales to exceed revenue targets, and ensure the development of a significant prospect pipeline. The VP of Sales will also be a key member of the commercial team, providing actionable feedback to management and contributing to the growth of the business, particularly within the financial services industry. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company must have a proven track record in selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, with a focus on fraud, risk, and identity. The role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and experience in leveraging POCs to secure deals. The ideal candidate will have a background in identity verification, fraud, KYC compliance, and related strategies, as well as a mastery of consultative sales processes and B2B SaaS. Strong leadership, coaching, and data analysis skills are essential, as is the ability to forecast with accuracy. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline is also a necessary qualification.
