WalterLane is pleased to be engaged in a search for a senior level Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with a UHNW principal; founder of a highly successful company (10K+ employees). This role encompasses a diverse range of initiatives and projects across personal, philanthropic, and professional activities, complex calendar management and travel logistics, meeting/event planning, and more. Principal is great to work with - genuine, passionate, and loyal, he appreciates his staff!
You MUST have minimum 6+ years of both personal and executive assistant experience supporting UHNW individuals. Competitive salary plus full benefits! Primarily in-office, Bethesda location. Must be flexible to be accessible outside of business hours as needed.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of both executive assistant and personal assistant experience supporting HNW individuals.
- You possess the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong experience with complex calendar management, and domestic and international travel logistics.
- You are known for your flexibility, and ability to work independently or collaboratively to support your principal.
- Experience interacting on a regular basis with high level VIPs in the corporate world, political realm, international arenas, sports and entertainment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Results-oriented - you are known for your rapid response and resourcefulness in finding solutions, and problem-solving.
- You possess strong critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MSOffice - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- You thrive in a very fast-paced, solutions oriented culture and get things done!
- You understand the importance of this role, and get genuine satisfaction from keeping your principal on track, and have a desire to take ownership of the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
All aspects of the principal's personal, professional, and philanthropic activities -
- Extensive complex calendar management, logistics, domestic and international travel arrangements, high level administrative support.
- Coordinate and build itineraries for domestic and international travel for principal and family.
- Work directly with principal on a range of projects and initiatives.
- Meeting and event planning - preparation and execution (creating agendas, gathering documentation, special event planning, preparing presentations for engagements and more).
- Prepare business and personal correspondence.
- Manage documentation for personal expenses for principal and family.
- Collaborate with household staff for various needs.
- Discretion and confidentiality is critical in this role.
- Collaborate with other team members on a regular basis to support the principal.
