Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall performance.

Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Growth & Expansion: Play a key role in scaling the business by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring that we can meet increasing demand.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and ensure that strategies are in place to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to align goals and ensure smooth operations across the board.
