Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategies for business growth.

Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall performance.
