Description

  • Will be receiving inbound calls assisting patients with Financial assistance for medication (outbound calls needed only for follow ups)
  • You will be dealing with MS population that are being referred to this hotline. Their medication is very expensive so they will be reviewing their benefits, telling them what their co-pay/deducible will be, see what type of manufacture coupons/discounts they could be eligible for
  • Will be transferring calls to third party pharmacy (ex: Walgreens)
  • Need to be professional and comfortable speaking with patients and doctors
  • Will not be doing benefits verification in this program
