Fresh Air Home Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, managing payroll processing, and ensuring that all aspects of bookkeeping are handled efficiently. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance, along with tracking inventory levels.

Position:
- Full-time
- In-person (Must work from the office, not remotely)
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Manage payroll and commission calculations for staff.
- Track and manage inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping for accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Potentially handle ServiceTitan CRM for better tracking of jobs and technician time, a huge plus if you have prior experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft or Google products.
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Home service industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Must bring positive energy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with management.
- $25.00 - $35.00 / hour (depending on experience)
