West Michigan Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative in Grand Rapids. Our Representatives are responsible for assisting members with telephone, email, and website requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Team player attitude.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service background.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • CU*Answers experience a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contact requests inquiring about credit union products and services.
  • Identify member’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of all products and services, policies, and standards.
  • Educates members on making the most effective use of services offered.
  • Be able to identify fraud on an account.
