Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:Manage and mentor district managers and store leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Training and Development:Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Supply Chain Management:Oversee supply chain operations, including vendor relationships and inventory management, to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.

Financial Oversight:Manage the operational budget, monitoring costs and profitability to drive financial success.

Customer Experience:Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the guest experience and respond to customer feedback.

Compliance:Ensure all locations adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Operational Excellence:Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance speed of service, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.

Technology Integration:Evaluate and implement technology solutions (e.g., POS systems, online ordering platforms) to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.

Crisis Management:Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure business continuity and effective responses to operational challenges.

Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present operational reports to the executive team, outlining performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including marketing, bookkeeping, and training, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Innovation and Best Practices:Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative concepts that keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the QSR industry, with a proven track record in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in operational software and tools (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software)
