Job Posting Summary: Seeking a Data Entry Specialist proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft AX to support sales operations and ensure data accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a data entry role or related industry
- High typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in data auditing and analysis
- Proficiency in navigating and entering data into multiple software systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry and database operations for the inside sales group
- Audit completed sales orders for accuracy before submission
- Enter data into Material Requirements Planning software and Customer Relationship Management software
- Support order process by gathering product and engineering information from internal databases
- Address and resolve issues with incomplete or missing order information
- Provide customer service for orders and related inquiries via email and phone
- Update and maintain order status regularly and maintain purchase order files
- Generate monthly reports and new customer letters
- Assist the Inside Sales group with ongoing projects
