JOB SUMMARY
The Aptify Analyst will operate under minimum supervision and will perform duties with broad latitude for judgment. Incumbent will work independently to support the MDRT environment and Users in the Aptify membership system, and perform duties indicated in the following sections.

Tasks assigned to this person will require an in-depth knowledge of the Aptify system and MDRT business processes, ability to understand and document business processes, and the ability to recommend solutions to issues encountered in day-to-day operations at MDRT.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Monitor day-to-day operations in Aptify to ensure accuracy and consistency
B. Research potential or reported issues to determine if a problem exists
C. Process data files into and out of Aptify and verify that results are correct.
D. Create Aptify views and reports to generate files for various business purposes
E. Create JIRA Tickets to report any new problems found within the Aptify environment.
F. Work with Aptify staff and the MDRT IT team in the resolution of all problems reported to Aptify via the JIRA ticketing system. Review, update, and signoff on all assigned tickets
G. Review documentation on system changes being implemented and determine the correct approach for testing the new or revised functions.
H. Conduct system testing, including: create test data, conduct tests for normal and exception conditions, document any on-going issues, and coordinate implementation of final versions once testing proves to be successful.
I. Monitor internal ticketing system to address new requests or issues identified by other departments
J. Provide assistance and training to technical and business staff in understanding Aptify functions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Experience using the Aptify system is preferred, otherwise experience with a similar CRM /Membership system or similar application is required
Ability to quickly learn the Aptify system is crucial to this role (training will be on the job)
Database knowledge to understand data structures
