Sales Account Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and excel at resolving issues and concerns for both our customers and our company. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Customer Relationships:
    • Act as the main liaison between the company and its customers.
    • Foster open communication, address concerns, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Driving Revenue Growth and Retention:
    • Ensure customers derive maximum value from our products, leading to seamless renewals.
    • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with customer needs.
  • Resolving Client Issues and Concerns:
    • Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to provide top-notch service and incorporate client feedback into company decisions.
  • Developing Account Strategies:
    • Create tailored account management plans with specific goals, strategies, and tactics for each client.
    • Maintain a proactive approach to benefit both the team and clients.
  • Monitoring Account Performance:
    • Track relevant sales metrics and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure account plans are effective and achieving desired results.
  • Gathering Customer Feedback and Insights:
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand client preferences, pain points, and potential opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales account management or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • AS400 or SAP
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
