- Assist patients with setting up and troubleshooting their accounts on the FollowMyHealth Patient Portal
- Provide in-person, phone, or email support to patients regarding portal-related inquiries
- Ensure patient portal access issues are resolved within one business day
- Educate patients on the functionalities of the portal, such as accessing medical records and communication with healthcare providers
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare administration or IT support preferred
- Strong communication skills for assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Technical proficiency to troubleshoot patient portal issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling patient records
