Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate patient records
    • Provide patients with assistance in navigating pre-registration forms and processes
  • FollowMyHealth Support Duties:
    • Assist patients with setting up and troubleshooting their accounts on the FollowMyHealth Patient Portal
    • Provide in-person, phone, or email support to patients regarding portal-related inquiries
    • Ensure patient portal access issues are resolved within one business day
    • Educate patients on the functionalities of the portal, such as accessing medical records and communication with healthcare providers
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare administration or IT support preferred
  • Strong communication skills for assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Technical proficiency to troubleshoot patient portal issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling patient records
