This role will impact the successful delivery of multiple large Information Technology initiatives. The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management, will work cross-functionally, communicating up and down within the Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance organizations. The selected candidate will drive faster adoption, higher utilization of changes, improve value creation & ROI, and positive achievement of results and outcomes.

We’re looking for our new Team Member to show us eight or more years of having worked within an established OCM/PMO/Shared Services organization. The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in ensuring that initiatives attained objectives of on-time and on-budget by increasing team member adoption and usage. The candidate must have proven skills that focus on the people-side of change, involving preparing, supporting, and equipping team members to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technologies, job roles, organization structures, and more. This position resides within the IT Program Management Office (PMO) and is located in Austin, TX at our headquarters off Southwest Parkway.

Responsibilities

  • Create and apply a structured methodology.
  • Lead Change Management activities.
  • Lead and support communications.
  • Conduct impact analysis, change readiness assessments, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support training efforts.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and/or project sprints.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress of change.

Qualifications And Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8+ years of OCM experience with scope of multiple, technically-complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience and applied knowledge of Prosci ADKAR model, or PCT Model, or equivalent.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phase of a project lifecycle.
  • This role is based in Austin, TX at our headquarters located off Southwest Parkway. If you are not local to Austin, you must be willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change Management Certification (i.e. Prosci Change Practitioner) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges in consumer product markets.
  • International/emerging markets experience.
  • This role may have supervisor responsibilities.
