Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer for logistics, warehouse management, material handling, etc. Salary:$95k-115k plus a robust benefits package. This position can be hybrid. You MUST live within 50 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development, testing and deployment of the FulfillX software product
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure Devops or Jira
- Plan tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements and manually execute test scenarios to pass them
- Mentor Junior QA members and assist with debugging
- Triage bugs and help debug if they are stuck to figure out the bugs validity
- Write and generate automate tests for functional, regression, integration and performance testing
- Create and maintain documentation including test cases, test data, and reports to ensure traceability and transparency
Education: Business or technical degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a similar
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' of software testing
- 2+ year of development
- Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with WMS/WES software platforms
- Proven portfolio of projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred
- Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium preferred
- Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams through multiple pieces of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
