Program Manager, Technology Optimization & Third Party Integration Specialist

Overview: Ignite your career with Ember Group Consulting as a Program Manager, Technology Optimization & Third Party Integration Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic transformation of a rapidly growing technology organization. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing a complex technology program, with a particular focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and performance. This role will require a strong understanding of technology program management, process improvement, and data management.

Responsibilities:

A critical anchor of this project is to play a critical role in integrating our clients' systems with third-party organizations. You will leverage your technical expertise to establish seamless connections, automate workflows, and enhance their overall capabilities. Your responsibilities will include researching and selecting appropriate integration solutions, developing and implementing integration strategies, and ensuring data accuracy and security throughout the process, etc.

  • Program Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and control program progress, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
    • Identify and address program risks and challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and adoption.
  • Data Management:
    • Support the development and implementation of a robust data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
    • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure the effective collection, storage, and utilization of data.
    • Identify and address data-related challenges, such as data silos and inconsistencies.
  • Technology Optimization:
    • Evaluate the performance of existing technology systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement technology upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies.
  • PMO Development:
    • Assist in the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) to standardize project management processes and improve organizational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement PMO policies, procedures, and templates.
    • Provide training and mentorship to project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of data management concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
