  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Growing MSP seeking aspiring technical professional to join our team as an Helpdesk/Level 2 IT and Cloud administrator with goals to become an engineer You will collaborate with our team in designing, implementing and supporting technologies and processes for our clients both on premise and on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior engineer with installation of operating systems, network systems, cloud solutions, software, and hardware
  • Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
  • Implement network systems to support communications both on premise and cloud based
  • Engage with customers in with empathy and understanding

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields of at least 3 years full time or a multi year degree in technology
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Passion for learning and finding solutions
