This is an hybrid position in Tempe,AZ

Role, Responsibilities May Include :

Hands-on experience as an analog/mixed-signal design for high-speed ADC applications using various topologies including flash, pipelined, SAR, sigma-delta and hybrid approaches and DAC applications including current-steering and resistor string approaches.

Experience in design of LDOs, BGRs, Amplifiers, Bias circuits.

Hands on experience in 6 to 12 bits (or more) ADC , at GSPS sampling rates

Knowledge of cadence, virtuoso, spectre, maestro is essential, simulations across PVT, Statistical mismatch, Monte Carlo Analysis.

Sound knowledge of analog layout guidelines and techniques.

Experience in post-layout extraction & simulation

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering

5 to 10 years of relevant experience
