We are seeking a detailed-orientated proven leader with strong healthcare business operations experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Business Operations and Compliance will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating business operations in accordance with all legal, regulatory, facility and company standards and objectives. This position will serve as the direct liaison between facility management and CNCS. This key position will create the strategic objectives to achieve the CEO’s strategy and engage in the overall growth of the company. The Vice President will cultivate team morale and growth to achieve high employee satisfaction. As a critical leader, this role is also responsible for financial and operational success of the company and must be comfortable with the use of data and technology to drive efficiencies and improved productivity.Key Responsibilities:Overall day-to-day leadership of business operations and staff to maintain and accelerate the company mission and vision Oversee compliance with all applicable directives as well as adherence to company policies and proceduresIdentification and use of valuable data to drive business decisions and improve outcomesMonitor productivity, performance and overall compliance. Provide action plans as neededEstablish strong facility relationshipsProvide effective coaching and development of staff Drive effective clinical processes and trainingCoordinate and implement business initiativesDemonstrate commitment to high satisfaction ratings from facilities, business partners, co-workers and subordinatesDemonstrate effective leadership and promote positive interpersonal relationships with all internal and external business contacts Qualifications:5+ years leading successful business operations.

Define and implement strategy, structure, and processes. Prefer Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Healthcare Administrator or Senior Practice Manager. 3+ years of business compliance and/or policy management oversightSix Sigma or PMP preferredRelated Graduate degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or similar)5+ years of supervisory leadership experience of multi-site locationsStrong relationship building and stakeholder management skills are a mustStrong business data analysis and visualization proficiencyProven ability appropriately staff, motivate and lead teamsProficient in technology-centric tools and solutions What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible remote work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthA supportive and collaborative culture How to apply:
