Sr Analog design and layout engineer (Remote)

Summary: Seeking a Sr Analog Design and Layout Engineer with expertise in 28nm technology and memory cell layout for remote work, potentially requiring onsite visits for integration/testing.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with 28nm technology (TSMC) or Global Foundries GF28SPLe

• Expertise in SRAM or memory cell layout

Preferred Skills:

• Synopsys Custom Compiler experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Layout of 28nm analog circuits for high-speed designs

• Potential onsite visits for test and integration work

Pay: 67-90

Pay Details: $67.00 to $90.00 per hour
