  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP)

The IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) will be responsible for escalations on the helpdesk, assisting with projects such as migrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients when on site.

The IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) will be looked at as the technical expert by clients requiring an advanced technical skill set and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients.

IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support the clients’ environment
  • Testing and evaluating network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
  • Recommending and building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-site
  • Providing Escalation support for both Help Desk Technicians and Jr System Administrators, and assist in their training and education
