Our client is a fast-growing company in the car wash industry, expanding at an impressive rate of one new store per week. With 50 stores currently and plans to reach 70 locations in the near future, we are on track to double in size over the next year.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our hiring strategy and meeting the talent needs of our rapidly growing company. You will work closely with our leadership team to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent while developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies at the field level.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support our fast-paced growth and expansion into new and existing markets.
  • KEY Company Brand ambassador
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions, within the Field.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with our company culture and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection. Become a key player when it comes to Behavioral Competencies in the field
  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities, always representing EL to the highest of standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.




What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume and rapid-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing recruitment strategies for field level positions.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus, preferably in a high-growth or franchise environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. UKG huge plus!
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies
  • This position requires travel to other States as needed (Florida and Michigan currently)
  • This position also requires travel with Field Operations, as needed.
