In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven software designed to revolutionize how district attorneys and detectives handle critical tasks. This position offers the chance to directly impact public safety by leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations within the law enforcement sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic team of software engineers, machine learning scientists, and product designers to create robust AI solutions.
  • AI Integration: Apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to continuously improve our client s products.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Utilize modern cloud-native frameworks, including event-driven microservices and serverless technologies, to ensure system scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software development and deployment, ensuring efficient and smooth release cycles.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and provision cloud resources effectively using IaC practices to maintain a high level of infrastructure efficiency.
  • High-Quality Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices, focusing on performance and scalability.
  • Data-Driven Development: Leverage data insights and customer feedback to continually optimize and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, well-tested products.
  • Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, with experience in serverless technologies, Python, and Golang.
  • Experience with modern data stores such as PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong background in Machine Learning (ML), having successfully put ML-driven products into production and provided ongoing support.
  • Proven experience in system architecture and design, particularly in building scalable and reliable software systems.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passionate about technology, particularly in using AI to drive positive change in law enforcement.
