Connexure is hiring a Vice President of Product in Atlanta, GA.

A VP of Product plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of an organization s product portfolio by focusing on key responsibilities. They develop and implement product strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs, ensuring that products are innovative, scalable, and deliver value. Managing stakeholder relationships is essential, as the VP of Product collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address market challenges, provide strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term product success and business impact.

Connexure is a software company that serves the ecosystem of self-funded medical benefits. Our software helps stop loss carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators with quoting, underwriting, and administering stop-loss policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Connexure s goals and market opportunities, based on market research and customer feedback.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining requirements, creating roadmaps, and managing backlogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric products.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of product managers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring accountability within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Utilize insights from performance metrics to improve product development and performance continuously.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
