To help us continue to grow our offerings, we re in search of an experienced Product Manager. As an ideal candidate you re a highly skilled Product Manager with a proven ability to execute the full lifecycle of product production from conception through release. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company s vision and strategy.

Specifics

The specific responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact
  • Act as a product expert to build awareness and understanding of product offerings
  • Create product documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and business requirements final product development by UX and engineering teams
  • Create user guides and coordinate training documents with cross functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Proficient in product and project management tools such as Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to continuously improve processes and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, computer science, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
