Title: Data Entry Clerk
Duration: 3 Month Contract w/ Potential Extension or Perm Conversion
Location: Fully Rempote - Must live in Chicago, IL
Compensation: $21.00 Per Hour W2
Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales Team with accurate, preformatted data from Salesforce using Excel tool for organizational decision making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and provide timely and accurate data support.
- Utilize Salesforce to extract, and format sales data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and relevance for delivery to sales reps.
- Additional responsibilities may include the maintenance of Excel-based reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership appraisal.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to optimize data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of current pursuit of degree and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUP, and Formulas.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
