  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Compensation: $250k - $325k plus bonus.

Schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?

  • Financial Strategy: Drive long-term financial planning, M&A activity, and key financial initiatives to accelerate company growth.
  • Private Equity Partnership: Collaborate with the executive team and private equity partners to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing financial insights and ensuring transparency.
  • Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls and mitigate financial risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Who are you?

  • Seasoned CFO: 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with a strong background in private equity environments.
  • M&A Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading mergers, acquisitions, and financial integrations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and execute long-term financial strategies in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team leader with a passion for developing high-performing finance teams.
  • CPA/MBA Preferred: Advanced degrees or certifications, including CPA or MBA, are a plus.
