Position Overview: The Marketing Manager with our client in the Architecture industry will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, marketing project management, and designing content to promote the firm’s services. This individual will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, leading content creation, and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals). They should be comfortable working across multiple media formats, including print, digital, and video, with a design portfolio that demonstrates their capabilities in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's services, projects, and thought leadership.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging email, digital, social media, and print.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing materials.
  • Track and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with firm objectives and events.

Content Creation & Design:

  • Create compelling content across various mediums, including print, digital, and video, to promote the firm’s portfolio and expertise.
  • Design marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos, ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding guidelines.
  • Manage the development of social media content and website updates to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement.
  • Maintain a portfolio of content that demonstrates experience across print, digital, and video formats.

RFP Response Management:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of RFP responses, including content creation, coordination with project teams, and the development of proposals that communicate the firm’s value proposition effectively.
  • Ensure all RFP responses are delivered with high-quality design and accurate, persuasive content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the architecture, design, or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design experience across print, digital, and video.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
  • Experience with RFP preparation and management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of architecture and design industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
