A well-established firm in Charleston, SC has an immediate need for on-site document review law clerks and attorneys to start on a project that is expected to be ongoing. This is a great opportunity to work with a great firm and build your skills and your resume! The firm is team-oriented and offers flexible hours! Knowledge of Relativity software and previous document review experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be detail-oriented, thorough, and organized. This is on-site work, only! Our document review attorneys are offered health insurance in addition to hourly compensation! Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration.

Sample Responsibilities:

  • Review documents in an efficient and timely manner
  • Use Relativity or other E-discovery software programs to code documents
  • Identify relevant and important information and communicate to team leaders
  • Create Deposition Dossiers and other litigation-related documents

Minimum and additional qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in reading and coding documents while possessing great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Relativity is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be a licensed member of the SC Bar, have taken the July 2024 bar exam or have a passing UBE score that can transfer to S.C.

Pay rates vary from $24/hour to $27/hour. Subsidized health Insurance is offered to reviewers who meet the criteria and full-time status.
