About This Role

You’ll be the beating heart of our Carrier team as the main person responsible for the bulk of interactions with the insurance carriers we partner with. We’re looking for someone with experience in the full cycle of account management as well as helping us expand our already extensive network of carriers. The ideal candidate for this role will also have a knack for data analytics to best present a carrier’s performance on our platform and find new opportunities to generate revenue from these partnerships.

You Will

  • Oversee and manage relationships with carriers, ensuring seamless communication between all parties
  • Manage and analyze carrier data trends and share useful insights
  • Perform new carrier outreach, from identifying potential fits for the platform all the way to contract negotiations
  • Create carrier focused marketing and initiatives
  • Lead educational webinars to engage with carrier partners and drive collaboration

You’re Well Qualified for this Role if You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in the insurance space dealing with carriers, some insurtech experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis, bonus points if you’re already familiar with metabase
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and help translate between technical and insurance terms and teams
