Safety Engineer

Location: Boise, ID

Position Summary:

As part of the Company Site EH&S team the Safety Engineer will have between 5-10 years construction safety/design experience Holding a Safety Certification either ASP or CSP is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Review construction designs to ensure Safety by design principles are followed and organizational and regulatory requirements are incorporated into facility and systems designs.
  • Provide Construction Safety field support as an owner’s representative ensuring trades and supervisors for the General Contractor Implement and understand Construction safety requirements.
  • Support Field Safety investigations and follow up with EHS professionals.

Education:

  • Specific Construction Safety experience, AA or BS is a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 in Construction Safety environment ( 10 preferred)
