Our collaborative environment means all our surgeons equally share the general orthopedic call, currently at a balanced 1:6.
What We Offer:
-Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an annual base salary of $600,000 for a 1.0 FTE position, guaranteed for the first two years; this follows a productivity-based model beginning in year three. We also offer sign-on and retention bonuses.
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work in our newly expanded, cutting-edge office in West Hatfield, MA, complete with onsite radiology, physical and occupational therapy, and a wellness and sports performance center.
- Comprehensive Care: Our practice includes six orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and a team of five advanced practice providers. Our services span across outpatient locations in Amherst and Greenfield and feature modern operating rooms with the latest technology.
