Our company is seeking a team member to join our Reagent Manufacturing team.

In this role you will formulate and test chemical and biological reagent products of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.

We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Read, comprehend, train to, and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Batch Records.

Execute the daily production plan adhering to procedures and quality specifications.

Work independently and as part of a team to formulate, test, and release reagents.

Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks.

Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of reagent components and instruments.

Conduct testing on solutions which includes performing calculations, dilution, titrations, instrumentation testing, pH, and density to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.

Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.

Identify, recommend and implement quality improvements including but not limited to production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiencies.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including the handling of hazardous materials with appropriate PPE.

Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: the ability to wear required PPE/PPG (including, but not limited to lab coat, hair net, safety goggles, face mask and/or respirator as needed), the ability to lift, push, and maneuver bulk raw materials and large containers with appropriate safety lifts or assists, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to complete appropriate paperwork, maintain accurate records of production and report status of work.

Read, write and speak fluent English.

Proficiency with Quality System Regulations, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system.

Perform other duties as assigned.
