Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.

Remote or on-site: Candidates MUST be local to WI or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense prior to starting. This position is mostly remote but will require office visits as needed.

Additional information:
Travel: In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This position will have minimal travel but it may be necessary for some projects. No overnight travel expected.

Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile technology management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with mobile devices, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, iPhones, and iPads. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a remote position with office visits at least weekly. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin.

Minimally qualified applicants must have:
  • Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VolP technologies
  • Working knowledge of Networking concepts
  • Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure
DOC requires background checks to be performed internally.
Pay range: $28 to $31 per hour on W2.
