We are looking for a Service Desk/Desktop Support Lead to provide advanced technical support and lead a team of Service Desk Technicians. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Experience with company-wide deployments of Windows desktop environments is a must, along with expertise in both Windows (10/11) and macOS platforms. If you have proven leadership skills and can handle escalated issues effectively, we'd love to connect!
