Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and architecture of an Appian portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications.

  • Architect and develop end-to-end solutions using Appian BPM platform.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Appian applications.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian development.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

  • Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and other Appian components.

  • Experience with integration of Appian with other systems and databases.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
