Project Manager

Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has 7 (seven) openings for Project Managers.

DURATION: 3 years

LOCATION: Remote; Albany, New York

The successful candidate will have at least 3-6 years' experience supporting various aspects of a technical services initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience with the commercial and/or multifamily market.
• Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing the scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements.
• Experience supporting strategic market engagement and partnership development.
• Experience facilitating and executing continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes.
• Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills.
• Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams.
• Must be a high-level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets.

Day to Day Tasks

• Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets.
• Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders.
• Manage contractors and program support agreements.
• Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants.
• Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs.
• Make recommendations for improvements to strategies and business processes.
• Support program reporting.
• Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the team.
